- All photos of the bouquets posted online are exactly how it looks. Musicflowers gives you the assurance so that you can consider first before purchasing it.
- Interested in our products? If you're a retailer or decide to purchase in bulk, it is required that you purchase 1 of the products in which you're interested in first. Once you're satisfied with our bouquets, you can purchase it in bulks. Musicflowers sees customer satisfaction important in dealings so that you can get the best value out of it.
- Please be wary that deposits made for bulk orders or any bouquets are NOT refundable upon payment. It is the responsibility for all buyers to make proper decisions before buying the bouquets. No refunds will be entertained.

MusicFlowers Payment Information
For small quantity orders below 5 bouquets:
Immediate order: Call us to confirm availibility of product. As indicated by the delivery order issued by us, you can pay the full amount to the POSB Savings Account Number: 052-21909-4
For confirmation of transfer, please call: 98376884.
Reservation order: Call us to reserve your bouquet, you can pay a deposit of 30% to the POSB savings Account Number as stated and the other 70% by cash or bank transfer upon self collection of the bouquet only. There will not be a refund if you do not plan to purchase it.
Same day order: You can pay the full amount upon self collection at the designated areas as stated below. Product availability is not guaranteed unless the item is ordered and collected on the same working day.
Check payment order: You can pay by cheque. It must be submitted at least 2 working days in advance (for bank processing) before you receive your item. We will contact you once the cheque is processed.
For bulk orders of more than 10 bouquets:
Please pay a 30% deposit of the products you have ordered followed by the remaining 70% when goods are received.
(Free Delivery for orders of 10 bouquets and above)

- By Cash upon collection at the designated meetup point stated below:

- By Cheque. All cheques must be submitted at least 2 days in advance (for bank processing) before goods received. We will contact you once the cheque is processed for collection.
